To promote a unique, friendly, world class Commonwealth Games and to develop sport for the benefit of the people, the nations and the territories of the Commonwealth, and thereby strengthen the commonwealth.
Africa, with many countries in the commonwealth has contributed immensely to all kinds of sports throughout the commonwealth but since its inception (the games) in
Nigeria in 2003 hosted the all Africa games successfully in
For the commonwealth games we can do the same, what ever infrastructure/security that is needed just let us know …2014, we can do it.

Africa needs help, but not the image of drooling African diseased infested child begging for a savior kind of help we are constantly bombarded with on the TV screens.
Africa needs to regain its pride, Africa needs to regain hope,
Just like the football world cup taking place for the first time on the African continent in
We need young African athletes aspiring to represent their respective countries in the commonwealth in 2014.
We need the creation of jobs, housing, infrastructure and some good news for a change.
We need other member states of the commonwealth to show their confidence and support for Africa by voting
